Presentation Guideline
All presentations, including invited and contributed papers, are expected to be delivered on-site. Both oral and poster presentations should be conducted by one of the authors.

BELL --- First: Warning / Second: End of speech / Third: End of discussion.
The oral presentations will use an LCD projector and the speakers must bring their own computer AND a copy of the presentation file on a USB memory as backup.
HDMI cable is available for the projector and Mac users are requested to provide a compatible adapter.
Poster Presentation
Poster presentations will be held on Monday, Oct. 27 from 17:45. Poster presenters are requested to attend the relevant Q&A sessions in front of the poster board.
The size of the poster panel is W1200 × H2100 (mm).
Presenters are requested to put their posters on the board before the session starts. Poster boards with identifying labels will be available in the morning on Oct. 27. Please clearly display the paper title, author names, and affiliations on the poster. The identifying label indicates only paper number.
Please remove your poster yourself. Any posters left behind will be removed and discarded. The image above provides the dimensions of the poster board. Push pins will be provided on‐site to assist in displaying your poster.
Confidentiality
All presentation data will be completely deleted after the session.
